Great device but makes noise

WD Red drive inside!

Easy to use, lots of space

I'm hoping that will extend the life of the product. I typically get about 3 years from these drives (I use on a mac for time machine backups).

Good price But!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a very good price 149.99 for a 8tb at the moment, but it has its flaws. I use it for my Xbox one x, I also have a 5tb Seagate hooked up as well. The WD turns off when I turn my Xbox off....as it should.... but when I turn it back on it does not turn on with the Xbox. The Seagate does but the WD don't... so I have to keep it in ( on mode ) on my Xbox so it don't turn off when there's updates and so on, on my Xbox. Other than that it works good
