I bought 2 a few months ago. One for backup of documents etc.and the other connected to my router for local document/media sharing. I have a 3rd from a few years ago that is still going strong. I use specifically for backup of my family’s laptop images. All 3 are 8tb and going strong!

2 year review Still Great

When computer has been idle or waking from sleep mode there is an access delay that is 5-10 seconds and this never bothered me because once it's been accessed it runs quickly as desired. I whole heartedly recommend this product.

Solid, fast drive

Especially since I really don't take photos, I take videos of my travels and memories so I need ALOT of space. It's been working well and the transfer rate has been really fast, though I think that might have to do with my new comp. All around good purchase!
