This WD External drive is everything i wanted and more plenty of space and very user friendly.

This is the second Easystore 8TB that I own. It's been relaible and easy to use.

I used this drive to copy my internal hard drive (5TB) before I replaced it with a larger drive (10TB) and the transfer software worked like a dream both downloading and uploading to my new drive. Would recommend it for this purpose but not as an external drive.. Too Slow for daily use.

I had ordered a 2 TB internal drive from Dell and the virus hit so they couldn't deliver. I canceled that order and found this 8TB external drive at Best Buy for less money. Boy am I glad I did. Everything I needed came with it and I was up and running in seconds. It is quiet and fast and just sits out of the way and does its job. I highly recommend this drive.

I use this as a back up, not as a primary storage device. The drive is nice and works well, but I couldn't get the backup software to work. It was upgrading from an older version of HP software and I haven't been able to get it to work right since the initial installation/upgrade failed. But the drive works fine, looks good, and provides plenty of storage.

Very fast and reliable with a maximum amount of space I never have to worry about backups!
