Great. Fairly quick transfer speed. Its very quiet and not very bulky at all. I recommend

easy set up and does what it's supposed to do, stores tons of games for the xbox

I trust the Western Digital products. I have a few of these external drives including passports, but I needed a main external drive for just about everything I have done. This big 8TB external drive is just what I needed for ample storage of video and music files. Works great with Mac as time machine backup ! Not a solid state drive but very affordable for the amount of storage.

It works. I have bought 2 others. They work well and have hsd no problem.

I no longer have to decide what to keep and what to let go of: 5TB of memory! I don't have to worry if I remembered to save my work: it does it for me. A great product

This is an excellent product. It is very fast and efficient. So far I have uploaded half of the drive with no problems. I will get another when this one runs out of room

My son is getting his second Master's degree, working full time in a research lab and applying to medical school. He is constantly writing papers and collecting research information and data. He wants to be able to access everything no matter where he is working from, and make sure he never loses any of his work. This external hard drive holds enough so that he will be able to use it for years and years.

I am quilter and enhance my quilts with embroidery. I have many designs from many different vendors. The external hard drive stores and acts as a back up for my designs. In addition, it does the same for the thousands of pictures I have of my kids, grandkids and projects.

On sale these things are fantastic. You can shuck them and throw them into a PC for internal storage. Great if you're building a NAS on sale.

Seems to be working well. There was some connectivity issues, but with the setting changes it seems to be working well.

I bought this one because my old 3TB external HDD (Seagate Expansion Desktop) broke down. It has been working pretty well for the past three weeks, writing peaks at about 180MB/s and reading peaks at about 190MB/s. One thing I like about it is that it's a lot quieter than the old one, I know because I put it on my desktop, about 15 inches away from my head.

For the Amount of space, the Plug and Play, and the Price.. Get 2.. I'm Buying another

My son soooooooo needed this for his video storage for his vlogs. It helped him so much!!
