Damm good, I just use to back up all my son soccer video.

Works just fine. No issues yet. I've only owned it for about a month.

Solid external drive and decent backup software. Have tried both WD and Seagate external drives and both work well. Wish both were a bit easier to use, but neither has an advantage. USB 3.0 helps with data transfer and strongly suggest that feature.

I purchased this huge hard drive from Best Buy during the Black Friday sale. It was cheap considering the size. I could not resist buying it. I have not used it vet. want to be able to use it for both PC and Mac. I trust the "Western Digital" name..t should be a great drive for both machines.

Similar to all previous WD larger (physical size) external USB drives but with much larger capacity. I use it for GIANT backups of entire laptop system, including "offline" videos and photos that I don't want to take up space of laptop. I also use multiple PASSPORT drives for everyday backup with redundancy.

I learned long ago that larger and larger programs are created that take up hard drive space faster than you think. This hard drive should meet most of your needs for storage. Ideal size for storing all of your family photos in one spot to share for a lifetime.

Works great! I try and buy one every time they go on sale.

WD is my favorite brand of external HD. The quality of the product and tech support surpass seagate hands down.

Using it as an game storage for Xbox One S. 8TB gives ample space for all games. original 500GB was hard to manage. Working well so far after about month use. Hope it lasts long.

Was able to shuck and put in my NAS. No complaints here.

I purchased the wd easystore external back up drive as gifts. I currently have 3 and purchase 2 for relatives before the price went back up. Best buy had the best price almost half off the original to let price. As expected the price went back up after 011518. Good thing I stopped by to check out the item.

I was definitely running out of storage with my other external Hard drives and definitely my internal drive as well. This solved my problem having multiple storage locations for my iTunes library and now it's all in one place and more efficient! Boom.

Needed to replace an external drive that had failed and needed to increase my overall storage as well. Bought 2 of these, one as the storage drive and one as the back up. Both worked as plug and play and the backup was very easy to setup. Backups are running as scheduled. Very happy with this purchase.

Easystore external hard drives are excellent products.

I got it on sale and it's a lot of storage for the money. That being said, it seems to open slower than my other drives. Wouldn't recommend it for videos.

Needed extra large hard drive for movie storage. This is a great item, works great and the price is fantastic.

I have cut the cord and kicked DIrectv to the curb. I wanted to keep the portion that I thought was best which was the DVR. I purchased an OTA DVR but it needed a Hard Drive to store the video on. I purchased this drive and I have a huge amount of space to store everything I want to record. It is awesome.

Work like a charm easy to install on ps4 pro notice it’s faster when playing games already save on the storage
