Th e external hard drive was easy to set up. We bought it for expanding the memory on our PS4 and it works perfectly. It was definitely worth the buy!

USB 3.0 external hard drive - great for back up purposes, storage, etc. Quality drive on the inside should you want to "shuck" it for RAID/back up purposes.

It is a great External Hard Drive, I pulled the trigger when I saw it was on sale 140. I transferred over 500GB of movies to it, and the transfer speed was better then i expected.

This fit all my needs. I have an extensive movie collection and was looking for a way to consolidate multiple small Hard drives into one. 8 terabytes will definitely do the trick for now :)

I got this for my Xbox one x. I had bought a 6tb version of the same thing 3 years ago for my older Xbox one - it still runs great so I had not doubt when I had to buy a new one.

I took this out of the box, plugged the USB in and cord in the socket and it started right up, loaded software and I was immediately able to put files on it. No lag time in start up.

Excellent external drive for making backups of your data off your main computer. USB 3.1 would have been just a bit better but this one gets the job done just fine.

I purchased five WD 8GB Externals. All five were WD Red 8GB HDs inside. I used CrystalDiskInfo to check before needing to open the case for checking the WD drives inside. All good. Great buys.

I picked this up when it was on sale, and it’s been a great drive. I did shuck the drive and use it internally in my PC for more data storage and it’s a great drive.

Searched everywhere and found this was the best value for the amount of storage. Seems to be working just fine for as much as it is used.

I got an amazing deal for a 8TB HD. Now I can consolidate all my drives into one. And have space to use as backup to my laptop. Hard drives have a limited life so this was a perfecf solution.

I don’t know what I did without this. Makes it so easy to back up files and have them on hand when you need them without slowing down your computer!

Backing up data/pictures is very important if you have/use a computer, etc. One of these worked very well for another family member. Now I need to get one for myself.

Been using this for my PS5 and have had no problems thus far. It's been about 10 months and its going strong with no issues. There's been a few power failures in the house and yet this thing still keeps kicking and not losing all its memory files. So due to that alone I'm giving it a 5 star. When playing PS4 games off of it on the PS5 I don't experience any delays or weird bugs at all. Overall it gets the job done and leaves you plenty of space to work with at an excellent price!

I bought this drive to replace several smaller drives and lots of CD/DVD backup disks. I have transferred them all and still have lots of room. Seems well built and reliable.

I have been using this for a few weeks now. Its a back up disk for my MacBook pro. Once it was re-formatted (super easy to do) it has worked flawlessly.

This is actually the second one I’ve bought. The product works flawlessly, and has a ton of storage. I use them for my Xbox one’s. I plan on buying another for my PlayStation 4. This ones a no brained for the price. Make sure you get it when Best Buy has a sale! Usually 2 or 3 times a year.

This external hard drive has a huge storage capacity, it works fine. The only downside I could say of it is that its a little bit noisy but I guess its because is a larger 3.5 drive.
