Needed a bigger drive for the data. This fits the bill perfect. It's quite and got it on sale. Always have used WD and never have problems.

This is a great disk for someone that needs more storage. And you can schuck the drive (take it out of the case and use it in your desktop if you need storage). Not sure how long these will be around - but worth getting.

This is a good external hard drive. Purchased online and picked up at the store. Nice, easy and fast.

Everything about this hard drive work properly. I store large amounts of sensitive data and it's giving me no problem whatsoever thus far.

The WD Easystore is a great drive and it has WD Red 256GB Cache Drives inside, yet it costs less than buying these same exact drives bare.

Need I say more? That's a lot of data. I've been using WD for a long time. Occasionally there have been issues. So far so good here.

This product works amazing with a high storage with this being said the first two i purchased were DOA units maybe a bad batch?

I've bought few of these and have managed to luck out and get ones with the WD Red drives inside. Fast, dependable and they stay cool.

This 8TB had more than enough space to allow me to consolidate many small backups into one backup with room to spare.

Bought 2 of the these to setup a 16 TB (2x8TB) RAID 0 Time Machine backup for my iMac. Works great and quick setup too.

It took a while to transfer from my old external hard drive to this one but once it was done I had so much space left. I cleaned up my computer and transferred all pictures and documents and my computer runs so much faster now.

What else needs to be said? Best priced 8TB White (which some say are relabeled Reds) HDD you will find (when they are on sale).

I bought this because I've purchased others in the past, and they've always worked well for me. Good speed and storage. No glitches.

Works well and is easy to use. No problems with it and it is doing exactly what it was advertised to do, no problems at all.

All I can say is to repeat my above - so very fast and easy to set up, connect, and get all backed up without a worry or tons of time!

This is an excellent external storage. Have been using it for 6 months now with tons of read/write everyday without any issue.

Fast over a USB 3.0 connection, small footprint, whisper quiet. Pretty much everything I need in an 8 TB consumer grade external HDD.
