    I bought 4 of these portable WD external storage. On one unit, the USB port broke after 1 use. That's 25% failure rate.

    Product could be great but I needed it formatted for a mac. No problem I am a Total Tech member so I called and after a transfer to India the drive was supposedly formatted. Plugged it in and nothing had been done. I will be returning it. Will also be canceling Total Tech
