    I got this to do backup storage. I thought that it came with an eas to use software but not so much. It's still a great external storage. Maybe it's just me.

    The software and backup process and format is very bad and extremely slow. I have other Western Digital drives I really like, but I wish I had never bought this one. It’s worthless.
