    Pros - Easy to setup and begin using. Quiet. Backup software easy to use. Cons - USB port requires specific cable (included), backup software doesn't give option to simply copy files. Data is compressed and doesn't allow verification.

    Picked this up a few weeks ago for a great price. Overall I am pretty happy with it, however I have a concern. It seems to make a lot more noise over the last couple days. Almost sounds like the platter is off balance. Probably going to return and exchange if they have another in stock. Don't want to worry about it failing

    Not a bad storage device. I don't like that it needs to be plugged in to the wall along with the device you are using. would have been better In my opinion to run off the parent device.
