Larger model better than portable, I think

Fast access on a new iMac made file transfers much better with lots of room.

Not Without Hiccups

When I saw this one on sale, I didn't hesitate to pull the trigger on it. Just an FYI for those of you who are going to use this on an iMac. I have formatted it as Journal & I have a problem with it not showing up for quite a while. I have to run WD Drive Utilities every time I start up my machine. By the time the test has almost completed.....the drive shows up in Finder. Other than that, it works fine. It's pretty quick & quiet. Can't really complain about it for the short price I paid. Maybe this issue was reflected in the price? Hmmm
