    Received the product in the mail, took it back to Best Buy within the hour and was not allowed to exchange but was forced to return the broken one and buy at a higher price the new 8 TB External hard drive, then told I could come back in 6 days to get my refund.

    Have been using these drives for backup clones and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They are fairly snappy, and I've not had a single issue with them. I run several in tandem at all times and they just keep marching along. I will be purchasing more shortly.
