Have just been storing files on it through Windows Explorer. But it seems to be working well. No complaints based on my usage so far.

Bought for PS4 Pro

Memory storage is just as advertised. Bought it when it was on sale, so even better! Now I can store all the digital content I want.

Super easy to shuck for NAS

The shucking was super easy (you can find instructions here: https://www.reddit.com/r/DataHoarder/comments/7fx0i0/wd_easystore_8tb_compendium/) and the drive itself worked right out-of-the-box in my QNAP NAS

Perfect addition for video editing

I found this to be the perfect addition to my needs. Easy to set up, easy to get going. Now I don't have to stress about not having enough time to edit videos between rides.

So thankful to have this large back-up drive.

It is easy to install and use. When not in use, I disconnect it and hide it in a safe place. I have too many family photos, videos and documents that I would hate to lose. So thankful for WD's easystore external hard drive.
