Great product

I have only used WD for any external hard drives and can say that I dont think I would use any other brand because it has always worked for me. This product is easy to use and love it.

Have just been storing files on it through Windows Explorer. But it seems to be working well. No complaints based on my usage so far.

Portable harddrive

Had a 2 gig hard drive and a lot of files on my main harddrive. Took me awhile but I pushed all those files into the new 8 GB harddrive. Now my computer is running better. Will be able to move more when needed should last me for a couple years. Very happy

Super easy to shuck for NAS

The shucking was super easy (you can find instructions here: https://www.reddit.com/r/DataHoarder/comments/7fx0i0/wd_easystore_8tb_compendium/) and the drive itself worked right out-of-the-box in my QNAP NAS

Great Console System Upgrade
