Tons of storage, easy setup, looks great!

This external HDD was as simply as unboxing, plugging in, and formatting for the PS4 when prompted. Now all my games to to the external, and I don't have to worry about space!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.when they are on sale at 139.97 a drive for 8tb of storage its hard to beat you can shuck the case (remove the drive from the case) and install these in a nas system or just plug them in via usb3 i've bought a total of 8 and will probably buy 8 more before its over

Let me say that again... 8 freaking terabytes and what used to bust your bank account is now $149.99 at your neighborhood Best Buy. I fdisk’d and partitioned off half and left the rest unallocated for now. This is easily the best Christmas gift I have to myself.

I'm primarily using this for video streaming through the NAS and have been completely satisfied with the performance of this drive. Great bang for the buck, especially if you can find it on sale.

When on sale u can grab this external for 149$ or less which makes it a steal. Videos online show you how to use this drive in a NAS if you want. Works great as an usb 3 external. Get almost 200MB\S when transferring large files, works great. Very quiet
