    I'm not sure if tis was the cause, but as soon as I plugged this device into my computer, my computer started having problems, specifically it does not recognize the USB ports I plugged it into. I tried fixes I found online and now it sporadically recognizes the USB ports. This has been very annoying and problematic. I gave it a fair rating because when it is recognized by the computer, it does hold files. Not recognizing USB ports means it does not recognize ANYTHING I plug into the ports.
