Wanted a larger and faster backup with USB 3. Plugged it in and it went to work with ultra fast data transfer. Has plenty of space to backup all my system and all my photos.

I needed to do a quick backup of some critical files. I ran to Best Buy and found this gadget. I'm glad I did. It did the job and then some. I'm still using it and I"m glad I got it.

I purchased this one over the less memory one thinking that it might be slower but man was I wrong. Does the job and I also got a bump in my downloads

Once set up, I was able to back-up over thirty thousand photos in a short period of time. Much better than my last external had drive. The whole mission took about half the time.

No issues, it's a solid drive. Great for backups. I did have to reformat it before use as my old Server 2008 does not support the existing file system.

It is still early to tell, but so far so good! It is easy to set-up. It gives me peace of mind to know I have my data backed up separate from the PC.

My experience with Western Digital hard drives has been much better than Seagate. This drive has been excellent so far..about 1 month.

When I first plugged it in, it wouldn't come on, but then I read the instructions, and plugged in in and it showed up as a drive in my devices.

The drive itself is fine but it does have its little quirks, like you have to eject it periodically otherwise documents do not open, other than that it does what it is supposed to do.

This drive has been working well for me. It is a little slower than I expected, so I just use it for automatic backups. I have been using it for about 6 months without any issues.

Bought this for my new game console. Was recognized immediately by the console and set up. 6TB for games is an extreme amount but with all the family that plays. There is room for all the games people bring over. Has worked great so far.

Purchased this hard drive as a backup for my photography business. I like having a mirror of what is on my current computer plus the ability to have old work on it as well. Great for peace of mind, and easy to setup.
