This is a great product for the price. It works with all computers and phones. I am self employed and I am able to store all of my work and personal files on this devise and I can access from from anywhere. I am able to backup my photos and music from my computer and I can access them on my iPhone without having to load them on my phone.

Kind of ignorant to set up but has lots of storage

The mycloud device is an excellent device for the compiuter user that need to make sure they are backed up at all times from any location.

Very convenient...you can access all of your data from a remote location without constantly copying on to flash drives.

I bought three WD drives-two Passports, one Mybook. I have been very happy with all them. Then I purchased WD MYCloud. MyCloud is easy to setup and easy to use. It took me a while to understand about dashboard and drive access process. I mapped the drive. One item is not clear to me is, when set up the drive, it displayed WD Mycloud icon in the explorer . But it doesn't show all the folder that are included in the MYcloud. Manual does not mention about this icon and it's function.

This is so awesome i had to buy another one for my parents now we can get to our stuff from anywhere and the best part is, its personal.

The idea of having all your files readily available is convenient. For some reason my music files load faster than my picture files. I didn't like that it didn't come with an usb cable. Also having to directly plug into the router I'm hit or miss about.

Definitely not for a beginner. Physical connection is easy but the software is a 7 out of 10 on a difficulty scale. Backing up a system on it is fairly straightforward but restoring it seems nearly impossible. Managed a work around but not via the software.

I got this storage device and I couldn't be happier. it provides excellent amount of storage and the best thing that it is more private than using other cloud products available in the market. You can access everything you have stored through your computer of a phone app. it works with android, windows and apple products.

I am happy with my purchase. Easy way to store and share most of your data to your loved once.

So far so good it was easy to hook up and easy to transfer my data to from my wireless dives as well as my lap top recommend gettin it

It performs what it advertised to have a personal cloud at home. However, the file transfer speed is slow, and a bit noisy when it runs. I also encounter sync problem with my files in my computer. Overall, an ok product for file back up storage.

This cloud system was extremely affordable at best buy! I'm very happy with my purchase. The only thing that would make this better is a instruction manual that explains how to set up user access and secure the system. It's a lot of trail and error and can take some time. Other than that, it's pretty awesome.

It creates a huge online cloud storage to keep my files, photos and videos readily available anywhere I go with Internet access.

First the boring stuff. Packaging was great, no damage during shipping. We love this device. The 2TB storage is plenty of room for all of the family to save pics, music & movies. And it allows me to free up HDD space on our computers. I love the remote access via the android and windows apps. We use this every day.

This data server is stand alone. It doesn't need to be connected to a computer, just a router. It's easy to setup and easy to use.

I found it really easy to use and manage; however I didn't like the iPhone app that interacts with the hard drive because there is no progress bar when sending pictures or videos. So you never know how long time it takes or if it is working or not.
