Easy to setup works great with all my devices it's a thumbs up for me

This is an excellent easy to use item. I had no problems uploading videos to stream over my home network.

Easy to set up. Does what we needed. In use as back-up and file server.

I like the the my cloud has a ton of safety features, it took me a min to weave my way through them all but once i got grip on all of it i felt pretty confident. ( it would also help to keep all that you learn from it written down somewhere just encase you forget it)

This was a very good value for the functionality and amount of storage provided. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. I have had no problems with it so far.

Setting up the MyCloud NAS took no time at all and it's great having access to everything anywhere.

I use the drive to backup up several cell phones, tablets, and laptops. It was an easy setup and I had no issues backing up all my devices. My only complaint is it was really slow for the initial backup. This might be a problem with my wireless network. I'm not sure, but it took a long time to back up two iPhones. I use the drive also as a media server for my movies, music, and photos. I wish the drive had the option for a USB cable to connect. That would be much faster. There is a USB port on the drive but that is used to connect another hhd for additional storage.

If you are running our of space on your computer because you have to many files, you need this product! I bought this External hard drive because my MacBook Pro was running out of memory and i was definitely not going to spend any money on a need computer or hard drive that i had to carry around. I keep a lot of work documents and HD pictures that i take with my DSLR to whom i usually like to have quick and easy access , so i use to store them in my computer. After buying this External hard drive, i transferred all of my files and freed a lot of space, which ultimately made my computer perform much better. Now i can access those files from anywhere I am and i have an internet connection. No need to carry a external hard drive that breaks easily, or you can loose or forget when you travel. Setup was easy for me since i am very techy, but pretty sure that if you follow the instructions you will get through it too.

I like the product. It gives me access to my files on home network and online. The setup and access features are not intuitive and easy to work through, but it isn't overly complicated. No issues yet.

My second one, for the office now. Those are awesome and you can access even out of the country.

I purchased this after a considerable amount of research. I have a Mac Book Pro and hundreds of GB’s of photo and music files. I’ve used external hard drives in the past but needed an easier and less cumbersome way to share files across devices. This has seamlessly worked with my google fiber router and allows me to access my files on any device without having to plug in an external USB hard drive.

The perfect external storage. Able to easily setup and gain access wherever you are.

I had this product since one year and recently brought one more for my brother. It is excellent.

I'm still amazed at how much space you can get for the price these days but this drive was a particularly great value and the fact that it has network attached storage features is great too. It was very easy to set up and very easy to use would definitely recommend

I found the software to be less user friendly than Seagate's. I returned this item and purchased a Seagate Central. A good drive overall just not for me.

Highly recommended, if you gave tons of song and photos that you wanna bring wherever you wanna go.

I use this as my archive storage for my design work and it is excellent! Easy setup and easy to use. Once it's hook up you can hit the ground running. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thinking about getting another so I can daisy-chain and double my storage.
