    I am a fan of Western Digital. I do own several of there portable hard drives. But this product for me was not something suitable for what I was doing and I could see it being complicated for most people.

    Definitely worth the money for content on the go! Only downside I've found so far is the transfer rate for sending content to it through the Ethernet and not USB 3.0.

    When I received the product I couldn't set it up on my network so I contacted Wester Digital and they were very helpful. As a result it works great and always connects to my home network. The only issue is that McAfee doesn't recognize that it is an authorized device so I had to turn off the Firewall and still can't figure out how to allow it to work while its turned on.

    As a straight out of the box cloud, product worked as expected. Utilizing the feature for an attached USB drive was not detailed in the setup in any detail, which caused confusion in sharing contents of USB drive.
