Works great, easy to hook up and it's easy to use.

This is a nice home cloud. All my apple devices connect to this cloud, even my Samsung smart tv picks it up as well. Only little hick up is my MacBook sometimes can find the cloud.

I was going to Purchase a NAS Storage device, but the WD My Cloud Does what I need it to do, It is not fast but it works as advertised. I think that it will be great for any Home user. Once in place and configured had to wait 24 hours before it became Stable, After that it has been solid as a rock.

Amazing product for the price and the options to save everything wherever you are is perfect for anyone on the go or business person. Have everything you could need on hand ready to go.

Absolutely love this. Plenty of storage, easy to set up my shared folders without jumping through hoops of Windows sharing/security confusion, and remote Time Machine access for my macbooks too!

Easy to use and holds tons of pictures and documents

I purchased this storage device and it does what it is supposed to do well. However, there should be additional configuration options to have one way back up and not just sync.

Makes it easy to share or access photos and music without exposing oneself to a third-party cloud. My only complaint is that access can be annoyingly slow when away from home network.

It still early but all sign say its a good product

Love the capability to access my info from anywere

Easy to set up, easy to use, and stable on my network. I love that I can easily stream movies to any tv, computer, iPad, phones, etc. in the house with no wires, installs or additional devices.

Easy setup, runs cool and quiet. I access my system remotely and move media files to this drive to run a Plex server, archive files, and serve as backup destination for multiple computers.

After a lot of research decided on the Western Digital MyCloud. The price was very competitive and the setup was very easy as I do not have any experience in setting up clouds or networks.

It worked great for the first few weeks ive had it. Then, out of nowhere it doesnt work. Have a steady blue light (ready status) and is unable to connect from app, over network or even remoting through the device's IP. WD has no solution this ongoing problem. Dont trust this review, check the thousands on-line having the same problem. If it works for you with no problems, you are the few lucky ones.

I love the flexibility of accessing the data from anywhere. The only thing that would make this better would be the ability to connect and transfer data directly thru usb.

Works as intended. My wife uses this for work, so it's good to have something reliable and easily accessible. And the app works great too! (Both Android and IOS work flawlessly)
