I am using in home networking and it works perfectly fine.

Nice unit, works software is kind of janky needs way to much installed instead of just a ip and folder locations. Still have not used it as online storage, will get around to it later. feel like would have been better off just buying another external storage drive.

Easy set up. Lots of options for size of memory. Wireless too!

Nothing better than being able to pull up an old photo from the past, on a full device any where in the world. A great way to have a personal cloud

This is my second 4TB MyCloud NAS; no issues with the drive; the older MyCloud does not have the same features as the new one. However, I couldn't find the shutdown feature in the new one; googled about it and it appears the shutdown feature is no longer provided. Have been using these drives for years and have not have an issue. Product is solid.

Once the product is synced with several computers on a network it is really nice as you can be on any computer and access any files from the other computers on the network without all of the extra hardware and connections

This was a good investment. I take so many pictures and video of my family and I upload it instantly. I also got this on sale. The store had it at reg. price but they price matched with the best buy site.

We purchased this to help store files in a 3 person office. The set-up went ok but the included instructions weren't completely clear. Once it was hooked up and connected to our Wifi I was able to access it. Not as intuitive as I would have liked but ok so far.

This is really awesome. WHen i was in Europe, I was able to log onto this device and get the data I need and folders. When it was movie night, my european friends needed a move to watch and bam. I access this movie folder and played it on the spot. Really fast and convienient. Downside: just make sure no one turns it off when you are on vacation.

If it were zippier in cataloging the contents of a music folder...or it cached the results it would be fine. I have a little trouble VPNing in from some locations.

Great unit for storage for the whole family. Easy to use.

Previous experience with this product remains true. Needed a new external hard drive to handle the expanded backup needs for my family. easy to use and is working as flawlessly as our other drive.
