I've now got two computers working using this product and will soon add another. The wireless capability is fantastic. I've been plugging in an external hard drive and then manually moving files. Also been using an online service. This is way, way better. Saves money long term.

This was a gift for my son and he has been very happy with it.

This product works seamlessly in the background to back up all of the photos an videos from your phone so you don't have to purchase a phone with larger memory or pay monthly charges for their cloud storage. It also has plenty of memory to still backup your home pc as well.

I mainly use this as a personal backup drive for both of our computers in the family. Setup took a little bit for time, but once I figured it out, it just sits there and does it's job. We use it for our MacBook Pro and Air (Time machine).

So far this my cloud is working great, we needed something to backup our photos and other stuff from all are devices and this seems to do the trick.

Bought this to compliment an Airport Time Capsule (for redundancy). Set up was easy. But that's about it. I disabled the cloud feature as I was using it strictly as a local NAS device. Backed up both iPhoto and iMovie libraries totaling well over 800 GBs. Tried to open backups to check them and was told that it could not open files of this type. What? Deleted backups and started over with same results. Contacted customer support with detailed information and was given a generic solution that obviously did not consider information I had provided. After third email contact with support, was told to schedule a time for him to call me to discuss over phone. Took time off from work to accommodate being at home with computer, set up two small test libraries to use, and when day and time came for phone call, was stood up. Received another email the following day saying he was sorry and to reschedule. Replied to him that I was done with it. Backups should not be this complicated. Have several devices backing up and/or syncing across devices on network without problems. I'm not new to this. But this is not worth the trouble or time. I'm on day three of secure deleting my libraries so that I can return it for a refund when all done. Perhaps better suited for a PC, but would not recommend for Mac.

As of right now I've primarily used it to back up my mobile device and it's been excellent. Simple enough to set up that I was done in a few minutes. Eventually I'll get around to trying more of it's features but that's due to my time limitations and not the device.

This device was really helpful in saving my data from an old corrupt pc that I needed to restore. Pretty easy to use the app for iOS devices aswell

Large capacity storage that is easy to set up. Built in USB port for additional storage capacity is a plus. Connects directly into my home network for multiple device access to a central storage unit. Great unit to have storage on a cloud without being in the clouds.

I bought this item on sale and saved alot. I'm starting to scan docents to reduce paper clutter, so with 4TB of space I'm sure to have enough room for everything!

Was easy to set up which can be done from any computer wireless or wired. Free set up assistance by telephone comes standard and I only needed to help deal with virus / firewall issues to map the drives. I have every home user on the cloud and you can access your files anywhere you have an internet connection out of your home. Because there is a usb port on the drive I was able to add storage using a hub and 3 other external drives that I had stored documents, videos and pictures on. The best part is that I do not have to pay any monthly cloud storage fees I just use my high speed cable modem and plug the drive into my router and I have cloud storage.

A little confusing at first, but they have great support, and once you get the hang of it, it works awesome! You can set it up to back up all your files from all your devices and you don't have to pay a monthly fee, works great with windows and android phone interfaces!

Excellent cloud storage system for a beginner. Easy to set up and get started. Fast and seamless transfers of huge amounts of data. I bought this to digitize my photo archive which encompasses 10 years worth of material. I had everything fully transferred within a day.
