Great NAS, no connection problems even with Time Warner's iffy service. Highly recommended.

Setup took less than 5 minutes per device and I have not had any problems with the auto backup.

WD has always provided great hard drives. This is a better option than paying monthly fees.

Very easy to use. I use it as a personal cloud without external internat access which works great. It only syncs my phone pics when on LAN. As soon as I come home all pics and videos are synced through the app. I then back this all up to another external device.

This product is excellent. I was able to store all my pics and video from all my devices without a care in the world. Worth every penny. It beats paying a service every month. I recommend getting more tb. More is better than not having enough. Happy shopping lilviv

I was really hesitant about buying this product afraid set up was going to be difficult. To my surprise the reviews were true, it is so easy to get set up and running. Now when ever I get home or am on a WiFi my pictures and documents back up to my cloud. Love it.

I love this. It's like a mini server and you can also back up your devices and have multiple folders for multiple users. I should have bought this a long time ago. I only regret not getting the highest memory but I shouldn't run out of 4 tb in a very long time

After having a back-up hard drive crash on me several years ago, I became a back-up junkie, especially for pictures. We currently have mulitple external hard drives that we use for back-up and archiving as well as 2 on-line services. When we started having trouble with one of our cloud services, I went searching for other options and came to MyCloud. I couldn't be happier! The set up wasn't quite as easy as the "plug in and go" card seemed to indicate, however, I'm no techie and I managed to have it up and running quickly. My intention was to use it solely as another archive option but now that we have it, I have discovered multiple other features, such as media streaming which could come in handy. We purchased the 4T but I love the fact that you can expand the capacity by attaching another hard drive via USB. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend it.

If you are looking for an external hard drive storage system that's easy to use buy this one.

I've only backed my iMac to this so far but hassle free backing up and the backups are more accessible/user friendly than time capsule.

Fairly easy to set up. Using it to backup my laptop and phone, and to easily transfer files between the two. Works great so far!

Works great, just as description stated. Easy to hook up to wifi router.

This drive is very good for a home network. When accessed remotely, it does seem slow... that would be the one area this product could be improved.

This network storage device is very easy to get set up and works great. I replaced an older failed external disk with this guy, but then decided to swap it for the My Cloud that has 2 HD's inside and mirrors one to the other for an extra layer of backup.

We had the Geek Squad come in and network 2 laptops and 2 desktops to the My Cloud Back up. I don't have to remember to back things up as everything is done automatically. We purchased the 4tb backup so that we would not easily run out of backup space.

As always, WD has produced an excellent product. Have been a loyal WD fan for years.
