I recently purchased this drive as a replacement for one that I purchased 4 years ago. While the old one is still working I am noticing some connectivity issues starting so I felt it was time to get my data off. I feel that 4 years for a personal NAS device is pretty good since it runs all the time and I have not had any issues until recently and at this point my data is still safe and accessible but feel it is time to migrate the data to a new drive..

Overall very satisfied but a little slow opening files and I need to find and easier place to open it than the automatic place it the installation puts it. Too many "clicks" to get where you want to go. Set up was OK, a little confusing on some points but customer service help was great.

I needed some external storage, and I wanted it to go through my router, not my main desktop. This does the trick nicely. Fast and thus far reliable.

I use the MyCloud to transfer pics from my phone and my wife's phone. Holds a lot of pics and you can access them from anywhere. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it takes a while to load up the thumbnails when you have a lot of stuff on it. But that may just be the Internet speed around here, may not be the products fault.

Purchased this item as a cloud storage. It has a USB that you can attach an external hard drive to act as a mirror drive for extra security of your items. App is pretty nice as far as options. The first download took forever and had to keep restarting because of the large amount but after the initial the auto backup works perfectly

I like that it has the ability to stream to my t.v.

This device is a very convenient solution for storage and remote accessibility of the stored content. Easy to install and use. I highly recommend this product.

Very easy to setup, lots of options for cloud access. Haven't had long so can't attest to durability. It's quiet and works great so far!

This hard drive is fantastic!!! I love the apps that exist for it and how I am able to access my information from my phone or any computer!

Great product! Takes a lot of time to transfer files. Sometimes software login to access gives me issues. I will have to find more instructions on best way to transfer efficiently. Really like app associated with my phone can access files anywhere I have data.
