Biggest hunk of junk I've ever bought. 1st. review was in depth but I don't have the time to go over all of the problems this item has. In short: Terrible documentation and "support". Their web site is a joke. Drive is slow, errors, has to be reset, over heats. 2 different interfaces that are half baked. I could not wait to return.

Great storage, love that it links to my network
