This was more complicated to setup than I thought but then I am 60 years old. Used this to combine info from my laptop, and desktop so that I could get to all my stuff all the time.

Honestly bought it a few weeks ago and hadn't had a chance to connect it yet.

I found it to be a little slow, but otherwise ok. It performed well as advertised.

This is a good wireless hard drive, if set up correctly, it works as advertised

Have not installed and used to date, I just picked up the product this morning.

Good alternative for cloud service storage, got it for the family.

Excelent solution for my backup needs in a small device

Easy to set up network drive allowing for TimeMachine backup with a Mac and cloud access.

It works pretty good but hard to access network iinside network. The interface on all the apps just don't come close to ease of use like one drive and Dropbox. It doesn't backup camera photos consistently from my iPhone either. I'm just happy to use it as an automatic PC backup on my network, this seems to work well.

I bought this to start backing up my DVD and bray collection. Then made a folder just for kids the my boys can find with the TV. I love this cloud and will be buying another soon

Pretty simple solution to backup files and you're not paying a monthly or yearly to a company to store your files in the cloud. Pretty much a plug and play. Backup is simple!

This product worked perfect for 2 weeks. I was able to connect from my work computer and play music and the whole nine yards. It seems the product did an automatic firmware update and all of a sudden I wasn't able to connect to my cloud from work, which defeats the purpose of having it. I returned it and got my money back.

First time buying an external harddrive. Good product/starter harddrive.

This is a great NAS just know you can only connect to it remotely.

Based on reviews of the product and recommendations from the IT staff of a local universitu, I purchased this item to replace a failed Seagate unit. I have found it much more difficult to set up and use, but I had been using Seagate for years. Here's hoping this one lasts longer than the Seagate did.

It is relatively easy to set it up as one just needs to hook it to a router and download the required software. I am using a mac and connected it to my Airport Extreme. After that everything is a nightmare...it may take hours to copy megabytes of data and the performance is inconsistent (it did happen that it managed to copy over several gigabytes of data in less than an hour). It is also whimsical that it may all of a sudden decide to excuse itself from connection and restart. Also, as it runs under its own linux system, reformatting it to your needs would be almost impossible (at least I haven't found a way yet). In summary, besides it's fancy concept I really regret having bought it.

It become a central repository for my home network. Absolutely a must as more and more home devices demand network storage. It has a really user-friendly interface.
