    Incremental backups, cloud enabled, was able to store/access my movies, from anywhere. Got additional gift certificate for purchase of this item - Nice :)

    I'm tech savvy and this was one of the worst purchases I've made. I tried for over a week to get this set up correctly and finally gave up and returned it. None of the information I could find online helped.

    I recently purchased this product to eliminate the many different places that our files are stored. Setup was easy, but have had difficulty "accessing from anywhere". That is why only 3 stars. When connected to the same network as product, worked like a charm.
