Overall this hard drive works as advertised, but it is not as convenient or easy to use as dropbox. I wish that the software provided was easier to use and that it offered a feature to sync files across multiple devices/computers without as much effort.

I have this hooked to my router and access this from any computer on my network to back everything up. Works perfectly!

This is a terrible product, there are no instructions, not even how to plug it in, there is however a disclaimer incase you want to sue them. I checked on their website and this is really an outdated product that is why when I finally figured out how to plug it in it never set up, It said on their website programs were supposed to pop up but they never didbut it said it had to update to Windows 10 but never worked anyway after the update. After about 3 hours of trying to figure this out I gave up and brought it back.

A little confusing to set up for multiple users but so far it has been a great option for me and my coworkers

I love this product. Good Price and great hard drive. I am using this with 4 TVs, ipad and iphone. Work well!

I'm not that smart when it comes to computers, but I can usually figure it out. I've had the device since January and I've not got my pictures and videos downloaded. Disappointed. I'm gonna have to get some assistance.

I bought this cloud drive based on the reviews. The problem I had with it was I was unable to set the unit up using an Apple Mac. It worked fine with my PC's. Also the mobile app did not discover all the files on the drive.

Lots of space for local storage across my local network. Had a few minor issues during setup but no big deal.

Easy setup. Plug into network and it shows up automatically ready to take data. Fast Ethernet connection.

Make sure it is connected via a wired connection for maximum speed and give it a couple hrs to stabilize.

The unit is great. I purchased it to use as a personal cloud and now my entire family has caught in and is taking over.

Great product to provide backup for all files and photos. i feel much safer backed up to my own cloud.

This one is much better than other brands that offer cloud service but it's too complicated for those whiling a 1 button solution .sometimes I felt like I need an IT course just to back up my iTunes still cAnt

THIS DEVICE MET ALL MY NEEDS FOR LOCAL STORAGE AND ABLE TO ACCESS VIA THE CLOUD, MUCH FASTER THAN USB!!!

This hard drive is working fine for my backup needs, but after purchasing i realized the next version has the ability to run apps such as Plex Media Server, and would have been a better fit for my household.

So nice being able to backup my stuff and access it outside my house or if the internet is out

Works awesome. Backs up my 4 internal HDDs on the fly. Great knowing all my data won't be lost.
