    I got an error message during the install wizard, that said contact support. I went to support, and filled out a long involved form, and then clicked "submit" The wheel went around and around for over an hour so I closed it, and tried to run the install wizard again. The wizard said the drive was already installed. So I guess it's installed but I have no idea how to add other computers, or run the dashboard. So it just sits in a corner, running but useless.

    Its a great device but have to tranfer files from my cpu to harddrive thru ethernet not my favorite, but overall it works good and does what its ment to do.
