Weird noises

Keeping this backed up on other drives as well just to be safe. Also, the new web interface is atrocious but at least you can get around using it still.

Not what I thought it would be.

Not possible. All file transfers are done with the app giving you a mapped drive letter. Direct access would be a plus and not able to assign a static IP would give it 5 stars. Just to note - This is just a review of the device. Not a reflection of BestBuy.

Worked fine for accessing through the MacOS finder

That was an utter failure. One laptop never had a successful backup and the other one would complete and a day later start over. This was over a two week period. The product was returned

I believe it works best with a computer running windows. Takes a minute to backup photos from Android. It do get the job done though. Would recommend it.
