Finally getting on my pic on one drive. Customer service was very helpful

We had to pull all of the data from an old desktop and this was the perfect solution. The size was what attracted me and the price seemed reasonable. My only issue was how long it took to transfer the data.. it seemed like forever. Otherwise, no complaints!

With a terra the of storage I easily back up my files I have not actually asked it to back up anything, I do that manually. This is convenient thanks to USB connection and because of thst I can isolate sensitive stuff like passwords from hackers.

Love it, nice size, easy to use and portable. Now I am able to take all the photos off my phone and laptop and store them safely.

This hard drive is slimmer then my last one so it makes it easier for me to handle. It is also 1 TB, I hope that will allow me to save much more photos and videos.
