A Geek squad lady helped me pick it out for convenience and price. So far I am very happy with it!

i originally thought they only came in max 4TB, which was unfortunate because I needed to back up 4.4TB, so i figured id need to get a big boy hard drive. Lo and behold I see this model, and so i ordered it. Not the fastest drive of course, but as far as archiving it's fantastic.

Very easy to use and hook up. Definitely comes in handy when needing to save files fast!

Backup is great in case of a computer shutdown. Nice to have.

When my laptop needed 'repairs' the Geek Squad guy told me they needed to do a backup before they attempted the repair 'just in case'. He picked out this Ext hard drive and said it was good. It seemed to handle all the files OK.

Has a good amount of storage. Fills quickly with pictures. Easy to connect with laptop

This is my 2nd Passport. My first one was for my MacBook Pro. This one is for my PC. Just plug in and with a couple of clicks, Passport does the rest. It is easy to update, and you can set a schedule as to when you want Passport to back up your computer.

My son wanted this for his PC for more space he hasnt complained so to me this is a good sign.

use with my ps5. had no problems connecting or using.

It's a plug and play tool. Easy to use and good capacity if you compare with the price

I purchased this product to back-up my MacBook Pro. At first I was worried I had purchased something that wouldn't work, but I just needed to format it. (That's the reason for the reduced rating.) It has worked beautifully for me since and I have been able to restore everything I needed. This was a good purchase though it took a little more effort to make it work.

My kids have been using this to store thier fave movies, and up to now its still in great use:)

This external drive is a good way to keep all my data so it doesn’t take up space on the computer hard drive. This way the hard drive is just taking up by all the apps like Microsoft 360.
