    I went to Geek squad to install Webroot since my other software was not doing its job. They persuaded me to buy this "just in case there was a problem in installation". Sure enough, there was a problem and I had to have them use this. They then forget to re-download the info back into my computer and I had to do it. From a simple installation of Webroot to this was a major surprise.
