Have high hopes

Apparently it is unable to backup when my computer is not in active status. I tried to get support for my Window 10 system without much success. So I start backing it up manually. It works, but not ideal. I used to be able to do scheduled backup with my iMac.

Laptop died!

Best Buy transferred all my files, and I didn't lose a thing! Now they are assessable anytime I need them, or I can download them to my current system.

Great value for price

Using as backup device., no worries

No troubles at all. My only wish is that it connected with USB-C. I did reformat it before I used it and that was a breeze.
