Great after getting set up

Salesperson made it sound like all I had to do was plug it in. Took a while to download all the components. Once I got it working it is just what I was looking for.

It worked perfectly the first couple of times, then the app began displaying an error message stating that I did not have permission to access the drive/files I was trying to back up. I tried everything I could to resolve, including opening the app as an administrator and searching for solutions online. Nothing worked. This has basically become junk, and I will have to buy another external hard drive. It will definitely not be a WD.

I have no need to store multiple copies of the Encyclopedia Britanica so this is way more than needed to back up some picture files and a few spread sheets. Mea culpa.
