    The product works very well however after using it for a while somehow all data was corrupted and lost. This issue happen multiple times and unfortunately the brand does not offer recovery at a free cost.

    WD Hard Drive stopped connecting with my laptop. The files store on this drive could not be retrieved. I had to ship WD back to manufacturer and still wanting on replacement from manufacture has now been over two weeks. My advice would be to get a warranty or know the warranty when making a purchase and keep your receipts.
