I doubt if they used it to back up my computer while it was in for repairs! Had to take it back and have a geek squad member walk me through the back up process! I m no geek!

We found out after buying it that the new version no longer has the function to allow regularly scheduled full backups, unlike our older Passport. The functionality has gotten worse. We expected improvements over time, not a decrease in usefulness.
