However the sales person over sold and took advantage of us. For that reason Best Buy and Geek Squad most likely will not enjoy our business very often.

So my boyfriend lost all his games and the storage no longer works without a computer to back everything up!

During the set up process, I didn’t know it was being formatted for Mac only. I have Mac but client has pc. Had so many problems trying to restore the external device that I just gave up and returned it. Will not be buying this brand again.

Then damaging it beyond repair, management offered me an open box computer as a replacement for half the cost, then resended that offer to only $400 to purchase a new computer. They would not match the specs of my damaged property. management and supervisors at Best Buy don’t seem to care about their customers only their bottom line of having me purchase new product.

Not worth it

Had to remove all the files and returned it back to the store. I won’t buy this brand again

I already have an external hard drive that is better than this one, but didn't have it with me when I bought my new laptop.

It had another person's personal data on it and was used last by the Geek Squad. It took me several hours and I wasn't sure if I did it correctly. The paper insert certainly didn't include directions. I used a combination of the website listed and YouTube. It seems to have worked????
