    My computer died without backup, which meant that everything I had on it was potentially lost forever: photos, writings, things I needed to work. Fortunately, the Geek Squad saved everything, but now with a portable backup of my data, I don't have to worry about losing everything again. I just have to remember to back it up! :)

    My husband had this installed with his computer. He got the same computer I did and he had a lot of files he didn't want to lose plus he didn't want to worry about backing them up himself. This backs up everything automatically. He doesn't have to worry about it or forget to do it. He is also a senior and is not very computer savvy.
