Drives are pricey but, as someone who does a lot of file creation and writing, it's super important to have a compatible hard drive that is also easy to transport.

I went to install a printer on my husbands gaming computer and realized there was no storage space left. (His games were taking up a lot of space and he couldn’t even update them!). So we decided to solve both our problems and get an external HD. This works great. In the span of an hour he was able to transfer all his games to this external HD, install my printer, Office 365 (which was discounted with purchase) nd has tons of room left! I had previously bought one of the Passports years ago and never did fill it up with documents and pictures. I take a lot of pictures. Will definitely continue buying this brand.

I’ve had this external hard drive for about 6-7 weeks now. It’s easy to use, light, portable, convenient, affordable. What more can I say? It was exactly what I was looking for.

Small, easy to use for the most part. I do like the availability of using this to restore my laptop to a previous date. I have often found with updates or whatever things get messed up and it is nice to return my computer to a date before crazy things happen.

The portable external hard drive was easy to connect, and it has given me some peace of mind that I will be able to save important documents.

This IS the way to save documents, photos and so much more...easy to use...unplug it when not in use to keep what is stored safe...great size...will never fill it up!

Works perfectly! When I researched external hard drives, the WD brand was held in high regard. I’ve never had an issue with it.

once I had been trained by Geek Squad on site at EP location, I was extremely happy with the product. the information included with he device was significant, however the print was so small that it was hard to read. Geek Squad got me set up and the product is working well with my Mac.
