I bought this for use as a backup drive. Easy pickup at the store, delivered to me at my car. Easy to setup, plug and play does all the work. Reliable drive at the ready whenever you are. I highly recommend this drive, WD makes the best I've used yet.

Love it! It stores all that I need to store. It’s quick transfers. It’ll tell you when everything is done. I personally store my pictures, videos, and documents. Anything that I need it can be stored on there and I’ve even used it to transfer stuff from one device to another.

I use for both my pc and my macbook originally set up and portioned with my macbook which made it super easy also allowed me to easily create two partitions that can only be seen by my macbook. About to buy the 5tb as well that's how happy I am with this one

I have these external hard drives for my PS4 and Macbook Pro. They have easy formatting setups and very minimal work is required to get them to be compatible with the device that you have in mind. No complaints and it's a great amount of space for what I'm doing.

1TB external is a great piece of equipment, definetly not like the big bulky 1TB from 10-15 years ago. Really good for what I do for work.

I was amazed to find that a 1TB drive could be fitted into this small a package. the initial installation software had to be dowloaded and I had to call their tech support get it working as the backup for my IMac. it seemed to have problems with it intermittently failing to do the backup. Then 'Mypassport' updated their software after 4 months and backups are consistent.

I needed to store hundreds of photos from my old computer when I got a new Laptop. This device was perfect as it is small (about the size of a bar of soap) and great for traveling. And the best thing is it is easy to use. A great choice for storing things on the go.

I have one of these attached to a Raspberry Pi 5 to use instead of an SD card. One month in, it seems to be working ok.

Great storage device.. was able to get my computer backed up onto it and install my windows 11. Great for the price!

I was running out of space on PS4 and had to either delete games or buy a new system, out of the question lol, so I thought why not get an extended storage device and I chose this one and it works great, definitely recommend this for any looking for more storage on any device!

Could not believe how small this external hard drive model was compared to the one I was replacing, especially seeing that the new smaller version could hold so much more. Amazing. I couldn't believe the price either.
