    We had to pull all of the data from an old desktop and this was the perfect solution. The size was what attracted me and the price seemed reasonable. My only issue was how long it took to transfer the data.. it seemed like forever. Otherwise, no complaints!

    once I had been trained by Geek Squad on site at EP location, I was extremely happy with the product. the information included with he device was significant, however the print was so small that it was hard to read. Geek Squad got me set up and the product is working well with my Mac.

    This hard drive is slimmer then my last one so it makes it easier for me to handle. It is also 1 TB, I hope that will allow me to save much more photos and videos.
