External hard drive. Back up your important data, photos, or music. 1TB is large enough you may be able to back up your entire internal drive. Set a schedule to automatically back up what you want, when you want, or back up individual files. Just copy and paste (or drag and drop). If you can use file explorer, you can use this the same way. It is plug and play.

We use these all the time to store Seismic data. Recommend them highly.

I had photographs transferred in order to clearmy google cloud storage. It held all of them with lots of leftover space or when it needs to be done again.

I really like this addition to my computer. It allows me much more flexibility in using it with other computers when I cannot carry my own desktop. With it I can keep my memory down on the desktop. It also allows me to keep a program specially on it to keep all my notes on it without using up space on the desktop. Very nice addition.
