    The initial back-up went well. The icon to install software and back up data popped up immediately and all I did was let it run. The next time I plugged it in nothing popped up. I had to hunt for a while before I found the previously installed software. It performed the data back-up in minutes.

    This Portable Hard Drive solved our problem. Our computer died and we had a great deal of information on it. The Geek Squad team recommended this hard drive to upload our info on and it was great.
