Has some issues

It works, but still experiencing some of the same issues. We have to try twice consecutively to get it to start a backup. Then, when the backup is done, we try to "disconnect" the device properly, and it usually tells us it is still working when it isn't.

USB C cord not included.

The files store on this drive could not be retrieved. I had to ship WD back to manufacturer and still wanting on replacement from manufacture has now been over two weeks. My advice would be to get a warranty or know the warranty when making a purchase and keep your receipts.
