Great-but . . .

I had to call customer service. As it turns out, there was a download that needed to take place prior to installation. Not very clear on the instructions. Once the file was downloaded, worked great.

Easy to use, just plug it in!

Windows 10 lets you make a disk image of everything on it. 1TB is all I needed. Now I have a full backup and no worries!
