Laptop upgrade and repair to Microsoft Office

But they were quick and getting it completed and it seems to work well. A real disappointment that I'm having with total Tech is a don't seem to be able to negotiate anything on the software side particularly things like Microsoft Office. I had to take my computer to a competitor to get it repaired whereas it should have been done buy total Tech I'd give them a two on that

Now i will be using this to update my back up data. I through the price could had been better

He was very good at explaining the time frame of work to be done and completed the project as promised.
