    My son purchased one of these that we could never get his PC to recognize. Tried it in my laptop and had same issue. We took it back to Best Buy and the sales guy said if it failed to work in multiple computers, it might just be a faulty drive. We got another one and it worked fine. Guess the first one was just a lemon.
