Good, but bought under unusual situation

They persuaded me to buy this "just in case there was a problem in installation". Sure enough, there was a problem and I had to have them use this. They then forget to re-download the info back into my computer and I had to do it. From a simple installation of Webroot to this was a major surprise.

He patiently answered my questions as well as other customers, who overheard my discussion with Jose. I purchased the WD hard drive and the other customers as purchased them as well.
